First up sign our online petition. Unfortunately the people we need to speak to don't hold much weight in online petitions.

We'd like to do something different, something that will make people pay attention.

The R18+ Rating
Our goal: to see this on video games.

First up, we'd like to suggest you stay informed of the issues relating to the introduction of the R18+ issue. While there are a lot of people who care strongly about the R18+ we're not going to be able to make a difference if we don't come together and act as one. We've put together a newsletter where we'll send out updates relating to the introduction of the R18+ classification in Australia. You can subscribe below.

We'll also be updating our latest news section of the site regularly. You can subscribe to its RSS feed here: http://everyoneplays.org.au/blog/feed

Ok, here's the deal. We think the most effective way to get the people we need to speak to, to pay attention is to put some paper in front of them. Yes it's old school, but if we're going to be effective about this, we need to speak on their terms. If we could walk up to the South Australian parliament house and present Michael Atkinson with 100,000 or more paper signatures, it would have an impact.

GAME have kindly agreed to host our petitions in all their stores. Click the button below to find your nearest store.

Because this issue has been going on for so long, many people believe there's no point speaking about it anymore. This isn't true. We've come to a tipping point. There's starting to be some mainstream discussion over the issue. While Michael Atkinson is yet to give any ground, he's beginning to engage with the community which is a significant step.

By telling other people about the issue and by bringing the gaming community together we can make a difference.
